These terms apply when you use vorulo.com or buy from Vorulo (“we”). By placing an order you agree to them. Last updated: October 9, 2026.
Products and Condition
We sell new and used computer parts. Every part is inspected, cleaned and stress-tested before it is listed, and each listing shows the part’s condition. Used parts may show signs of use that are described in the listing. Product photos may show a representative unit unless the listing says otherwise.
One Inventory, Two Stores
The parts on vorulo.com are the same physical inventory listed in our eBay store. If a part sells on eBay before your order here is processed, we will cancel the order for that part and refund you in full.
Prices and Payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change at any time before you place an order. Any sales tax and shipping cost are shown at checkout. If a listing has an obvious pricing or description error, we may cancel the order and refund you.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is no longer available or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, you get a full refund.

Shipping is described on the Shipping page. Returns and our money back guarantee are described on the Returns page. Both pages are part of these terms.
Using the Site
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, access accounts that are not yours or use automated tools to place orders. You are responsible for keeping your account password private.
Compatibility
It is your responsibility to confirm that a part is compatible with your system before you buy. If you are unsure, ask us first. A part that works as described but does not fit your build can still be returned under the 30-day returns policy.
Disclaimers and Limits
Apart from the commitments in our returns policy and money back guarantee, parts are sold without other warranties, to the extent the law allows. Vorulo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data or damage to other components, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
